My Turkon Line

With My Turkon Line, the new captain of the digital world, we are bringing sustainability in maritime logistics into the future. My Turkon Line is a digital customer membership platform that allows clients to receive their own quotes and access support for Turkon Line operations. Launched on December 4, 2024, the platform offers a comprehensive user experience through modules such as container tracking, vessel schedules, pricing quotes, VGM, finance, and account settings. With the container tracking module, customers can monitor their shipments throughout the voyage, while the vessel schedule module provides access to weekly departure and arrival information. The pricing quote module enables customers to receive quotes based on port selections, and the VGM module allows them to enter container weight information for their bookings. The finance module tracks paid invoices as well as upcoming debts and due dates. Lastly, the account settings module allows users to manage membership information, update passwords, and assign access permissions to sub-users for various modules.

OnBoard & InoSuit

Turkon Line joined the İnoSuit – Innovation-Focused Mentorship Program with the vision of making innovation a systematic corporate capability. Conducted in collaboration with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade, the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), the Service Exporters’ Association, and universities, the program aims to establish and sustain innovation management systems within exporting companies.

As part of the program, our InnoTeam developed its first project: the ‘OnBoard’ Innovative Idea Management Platform, designed to collect and manage employees’ innovative ideas.

As a result of these efforts, we are proud to have ranked among the top 10 in the “Large Companies” category out of 2,302 firms at Innovalig. This achievement reflects our strong culture of continuous learning, sharing, and growth.

Digital and Sustainable Communication Transformation with Cloud PBX

Our company has transitioned from a traditional telephone switchboard infrastructure to a cloud-based PBX system, marking an important step toward digitalization and sustainability in our communication processes. This transformation has reduced the need for physical devices, minimizing the environmental impact associated with hardware production and consumption. Employees can now access calls through mobile devices or computers, supporting flexible working models. Energy consumption has decreased, as the cloud system uses less electricity compared to conventional switchboards. Maintenance and infrastructure costs have been lowered, with system updates and management now handled centrally and efficiently. Communication efficiency has improved, enabling employees to connect quickly and effectively regardless of their location. This initiative ensures that, in line with our environmental sustainability and digital transformation goals, our company benefits from a greener, more flexible, and modern communication infrastructure.

More Efficient and Sustainable Customer Visits with CRM Maps

Turkon Line’s sales teams can quickly view nearby customers and optimize their visit routes using the CRM Maps application. This enables teams to manage time and resources more efficiently, reduce unnecessary travel, and increase operational productivity. At the same time, optimized routes help lower vehicle-related carbon emissions, aligning our customer visits with our environmental sustainability goals. CRM Maps stands out as a powerful digital solution that enhances both Turkon Line’s business processes and its environmental responsibility.

EDI Solution Providers

We have integrations between SAP and third parties through our direct customers and various EDI solution providers. These integrations enable automatic sharing of data types such as booking requests and confirmations, loading instructions, Verified Gross Mass (VGM), container movements, manifests, loading and unloading lists, and container tracking with government agencies, business partners, and our customers. This ensures fast communication, error-free data transfer, time savings, and easy traceability, with approximately 100,000 transactions carried out automatically each month without issues.

Our End-to-End Corporate Digital Solution: S/4HANA

Turkon Line has embraced digital transformation as an integral part of its sustainability strategy. Our company, which began using the SAP R/3 system in 2001, was among the first to transition to S/4HANA in 2021; at the same time, by digitalizing all processes end-to-end with the CSL module, it has enhanced operational efficiency and transparency. This module, specifically developed for the maritime sector, is used in an integrated manner across all agency, regional, and country offices, in addition to other SAP modules. Turkon Line is one of the pioneering companies in the maritime industry managing end-to-end processes within a single ERP system.

Thanks to this system, many integration needs have been addressed, reporting and data analysis have been strengthened, and processes are managed more systematically, allowing a focus on operational efficiency. The digital infrastructure contributes to the effective use of resources, supports our sustainable business practices, and helps Turkon Line achieve its environmental and corporate responsibility goals.
