As Turkon Line, we are a leading company operating in the maritime transportation and logistics sector. We adopt the vision of sustainability, which is the basis of leaving a better planet for future generations and the transition to a circular economy. Being aware of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibilities, we aim to integrate sustainable business practices into our operations and make our way of doing business sustainable.

Our aim is to strengthen our company culture with a sustainability approach while conducting our business as a company that creates value for our stakeholders. In this way, we aim to develop the relationships we establish with our customers, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders with sustainable values and perspective. We aim to create a sustainable impact for our stakeholders by conducting our management, which we support with our business ethics and sense of responsibility, in a transparent manner. We organize our working approach by taking sustainability requirements into consideration.

This policy applies to all operations and employees of Turkon Line. As Turkon Line, we adopt the following principles within the scope of our Sustainability Policy:

• We develop our operational processes in accordance with ISO 14001. In compliance with ISO 14001, we adopt strategies to reduce resource consumption and improve processes, continuously improving energy management systems.

• Within the scope of ISO 14001, we focus on continuously improving our environmental performance and minimize the impact of our operations on marine life by reducing waste at its source. We develop strategies to reduce negative impacts on biodiversity.
• We support the protection of natural habitats in coastal and marine areas.

• We are committed to taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our employees in hazardous work areas. We organize continuous trainings to prevent work accidents.
• We are aware of our responsibility for the health and safety of our employees. We comply with national and international occupational health and safety standards.

• We offer ongoing training and development opportunities to support our employees with various skills and abilities. We contribute to the career journeys of our employees by developing their talents.

Turkon Line fulfills its environmental, social and governance responsibilities by prioritizing its sustainability strategy, carries out its sustainability efforts transparently and continuously improves its processes in accordance with this policy.
