USA Service - “Equipment Imbalance Surcharge(EIS)”

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the increase of our shipments going to the ports of United States (USA), we are facing significant rise on our equipment stocks in USA.
As a result of this situation, our logistics and operational costs in USA continue to increase rapidly.

In order to provide you with reliable and continuous service, we are announcing “Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS)” which will be effective for all westbound shipments going to the USA ports.
The EIS amount will be applicable for ''all container types'' as follows as of April 15th, 2026 (The date of vessel departure on the bill of ladings will be considered for starting of the implementation).
