USA Service - Emergency Inland Fuel Surcharge (EFS)

Due to the conflicts in the Middle East, the fuel prices are continuing to increase rapidly as a result of the blockage of the Strait of Hormuz that is very crucial transit point for global fuel supply.

As the result of this disruption the fuel expenses for inland transportation services in United States are increasing sharply.

Therefore, in order to provide you reliable and uninterrupted services, it has become necessary to apply an “Emergency Inland Fuel Surcharge (EFS)” for the inland transportation services (rail-truck-barge) organized by Turkon Line in United States as of May 6th, 2026.

“Emergency Inland Fuel Surcharge (EFS)” will be applied as USD 150 per container for the shipments which the inland transportation organized by Turkon Line in Unites States.

The date of vessel departure on the bill of ladings will be considered.
