USA Service "BAF Increase-2" Announcement For Eastbound Voyages

Dear colleagues,

Due to the conflicts in the Middle East, the fuel prices are continuing to increase rapidly as a result of the blockage of the Strait of Hormuz that is very crucial transit point for global fuel supply.

Therefore, in order to provide you reliable and uninterrupted services, we are once again forced to increase our bunker rates (BAF) on our US Service “Eastbound” side.

The “additional/second” increase on our BAF rates will be effective for all “EASTBOUND” shipments loaded from the ports of USA as of April 24th, 2026;

Amounts of the second increase for the shipments loaded from the ports of USA;

20'.....................USD    25 / Container
40'- 45' ..............USD    50 / Container

The date of vessel departure on the bill of ladings will be considered.

PS. “For the time being” there will be no “additional/second” increase on the BAF rates for the shipments going to the ports of USA (Westbound).
