Turkon Germany Attends Eisbeinessen 2023

One of the most well-established and prominent organizations in the maritime industry, “Eisbeinessen 2023”, was held in Hamburg on November 10, 2023, with the participation of more than 2,500 industry representatives from around the world. Drawing significant interest every year, the event continues to serve as one of the key meeting points bringing together the international maritime community.

Organized by the Association of Hamburg and Bremen Shipbrokers (VHBS), the event brought together shipbroking companies, shipowners, ship agencies, freight forwarders, insurance representatives, bankers, and maritime professionals from more than 50 countries. Participants had the opportunity to strengthen existing business relationships, evaluate current developments in the industry, and establish new connections.

Held since 1948 with the aim of building a strong communication and cooperation network within the international maritime industry, Eisbeinessen is recognized as one of the traditional gatherings of the sector. Over the years, the organization has gained global prestige and continues to provide a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and business development.

Turkon Germany also participated in this distinguished event, meeting with industry representatives and engaging in discussions to further strengthen its international business network.

Offering a unique networking environment for the maritime transportation industry, this year’s theme of the event was “Italy.”
