Turkon Line opened Türkiye-Red Sea Service

Turkon Line, which has been providing maritime transportation services for over 25 years in the markets of America, Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Black Sea, has 28 agents, 44 agency offices in 23 countries, and 11 Turkon offices in 5 countries. With its focus on target markets and the successful implementation of its "Tailor-Made Solutions" service approach, it continues to be a reference point in the industry.
In order to support Turkish exports and imports, Turkon Line has opened a service from Türkiye to Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Türkiye -Red Sea Service (TRS) will start operating as of the 10th week.
The TRS service will connect the ports of Mersin, Iskenderun, Jeddah, and Aqaba on a "weekly" basis with vessels equipped with berthing windows, providing regular voyages.

In addition to our transit services from Ambarli, Gebze, Gemlik, and Aliaga ports, loading can be accepted for Jeddah and Aqaba ports.
 
The first voyage of TRS Service will be performed by M/V Leyla Kalkavan with ETA :03/03/2024 in Iskenderun and with ETA: 05/03/2024 in Mersin.
 
Turkon Line CEO O. Alkın Kalkavan said, "Considering the recent crisis in sea transportation in the Red Sea, we were looking for an alternative route. In line with the demand from our customers, we have designed a route that includes calls in Aqaba and Jeddah. We wish our service to be auspicious for our industry."
