Dear Valued Customers,
Unfortunately, serious delays and operational problems have been experienced since the beginning of 2023 due to the excessive density in Mersin port.
In order to eliminate these problems and provide the most effective service to our customers, as Turkon Line, we are happy to announce that, as a result of long efforts and additional fees, we have received a "Berthing Window" for our "USA Service" vessels as of October 14, 2023.
Due to the additional costs incurred for the berthing window, a "Berthing Window Fee (WBS)" of 50 USD per container will be applied for all loadings from or to Mersin port.
Application start date: 20 November 2023
(Vessel departure dates will be the start date for application)
