When submitting a dispute, please add below information in your e-mails.
• Invoice number
• Booking number
• Container number
• Clearly explained reason for the dispute and documents or e-mails supporting the dispute, if any.
Please note that all disputes must be submitted to Turkon within 30 days of the invoice date.
