Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the new regulation in the Egyptian Customs Law, all cargo manifests must be declared to the Egyptian Customs Office at least 48 hours prior to arrival of vessel at the Egyptian ports. The HS CODE and Consignees tax number has also become mandatory to be written on the manifests and the bill of lading.

Therefore, if mandatory information is not provided on the shipping instructions until the cut off time, we regretfully inform you that your cargo will not be loaded.

In case of any incorrect data in the shipping documents , the customs authority will impose $2000 fine for each amendment. Amendments will be made once the fine is paid by the shipper.
